1. Cancellations Before Term Start
   
   Full refunds are available if cancellation is requested at least 7 days before the start of the term.
    

2. Cancellations After Term Start
   
   Refunds are not provided for missed classes, except in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
    

3. Class Cancellations by Tiny Tutu
   
   If we cancel a class or term, you will be offered an alternative date or a full refund for the cancelled session(s).
    

4. Special Workshops & Events
   
   Separate refund rules may apply for special events; these will be stated at the time of booking.
