Welcome to Tiny Tutus. By enrolling your child in our classes or using our website, you agree to the following terms and conditions:
 

1. Enrolment & Payment

• All enrolments are subject to availability.

• Full payment or confirmed subscription is required before the first class, unless otherwise agreed.

• Prices may change but will be communicated in advance.
   

2. Attendance & Behaviour

• Parents/guardians are responsible for ensuring children arrive and are collected on time.

• We expect respectful behaviour towards teachers, other students, and facilities.

• For “Tutu & Me” (parent-and-child) classes, the presence of a parent or responsible adult is mandatory for the entire session.
   

3. Missed & Rescheduled Classes

• Missed classes are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise stated.

• Rescheduling may be possible, subject to availability and prior request.

• Make-up classes are not guaranteed and will depend on space in other sessions.
   

4. Health, Safety & Special Requirements

• Please inform us of any medical conditions, allergies, learning difficulties, special educational needs, or socialisation challenges that may affect participation.

• This information helps us create a safe, supportive, and inclusive learning environment.

• Children must be appropriately dressed for ballet.
   

5. Liability

• Tiny Tutus is not liable for loss or damage to personal property.

• Participation in classes is at your own risk.
   

6. Changes & Cancellations by Tiny Tutus

• We reserve the right to change class times, venues, or teachers.

• In the event of class cancellation by us, an alternative will be offered or a refund provided.
